IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. PlaintiíT's Application Pursuant to WRCP 70 for Vesting Title in
Marital Home and Vehicle in Plaintiff and for Enforcement of the
Defendant Vernon L. Kury and vested solely to Plaintiff Brenda
Kristine Younkin, formerly known as Brenda Kury is GRANTED.
This judgment shall have the effect of a conveyance executed in due
form of law and shall be recorded in the land records office of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
3. PlaintiíT's request that Vernon Kury be divested from title of their
2001 Ford F250 Extended Cab pickup truck (VIN
IFTNX21F6IED91871) and that title be vested solely in Plaintiff,

Brenda Kristine Younkin, formally known as Brenda Kury, and that
she be given the right and authority to transfer the joint vehicle title to
a third party buyer without Vernon's signature for the express purpose
of enabling PlaintitI tú sell the truck and apply the proceeds to payoff
the balance of the auto loan is GRANTED and this judgment shall
have the effèct of a cOnveyance executed in due form oflaw.
4. Plaintiffs request for additional relief, itemized below, is GRANTED.
Plaintiff is directed to file Affidavits within 30 days of the date of this
Order.
a. Attorney's tèes and costs associated with the Application and
Enforcement of the Settlement Agreement.
b. The cost of the September 2006, October 2006, January 2007, and
February 2007 truck loan payment and any further loan payments
PlaintitT may be obligated to make until the truck sells.
c. Damages due to the PlaintitT's inability to refinance the marital
residence due to Defendant's failure to execute and deliver Quit
Claim Deed.
d. Any further damages PlaintitT has incurred as a result of the
Defendant's delay and failure to fulfill the obligations of the
Settlement Agreement.
e. Defendant shaH respond within 10 days of the AtTidavits.

VEST TITLE IN MARITAL HOME AND VEHICLE TO PLAINTIFF AND
GRANTING ENFORCEMENT OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This Supplemental Order is an amendment to the Second Paragraph of the Order
(Attached hereto as "Exhibit A"), dated February 28, 2007, and filed by the Clerk of
Court on February 28, 2007 at 8:42 am, to further include the following:
The Legal Description of the real property located at 181 Trail Drive Road,
Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming is "Lot 620-C and Lot 622-C, Lakeview
Estates Subdivision, Lincolll COllll(V, Wyoming, according to t!tat plllt filed in
