AFFIDAVIT TERMINATING ESTATE BY THE ENTIRETIES

I, Bø.dah A. Jackson, being of lawful age and first duly sworn according to law,
upon my oath, depose and state:
1. That I am of adult age, a resident of Thayne, Wyoming, and the Affiant
herein. .
2. That by virtue of the conveyance which is recorded in the office of the
County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming, located at Kemmerer,
Wyoming in Book 26 of Deeds on page 454 is recorded a Warranty
Deed. The Warranty Deed, dated the 17th day of November, 1947
conveys unto Ray W. Jackson and ~dah A. Jackson, as Husband and
Wife as joint tenants the following described property, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the SW Y-t. of Section 14, T33N
R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming'from said point
running thence East 241 feet, thence South 104 feet, thence West 241
feet, thence North 104 feet to the point of beginning.
