Pitchfork Development Company, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, of Jackson
Teton County, State of Wyoming, upon their oath depose and say:
1. That they are the present and past owners of the following described real property located in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
El/2NEl/4 of Section 18, Township 34 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M., Wyoming
2. That on September 7, 1973 Glenn W. & Maxine Heiner, as Lessors entered into an Oil &
Gas Lease with Donald Epperson, as Lessee, in which they leased certain mineral rights on the
above described property ("The Lease"). The lease was recorded September 2~, 1973 Book 107
P.R., Page 225.
3. That the tenn ofthe Lease was 10 years from its date of exeaution. September 7, 1973, unless
extended pursuant to the tenns of the Lease.
4. That Donald Epperson or his successors never entered into the production of minerals on the
described real property, made any improvements on the described real property, gave the Lessor
under the Lease written notice of any extension, paid any additional sums or did anything else
pursuant to the tenns of the Lea~e to extend the date of the leases expiration date.
5. Therefore, the Lease, ex ired by its tenns on September 6, 1983.
