KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that ALAN K. WALKER, Grantor, P.O.
Box 71, Kemmerer, Wyoming, 83101, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS
AND QUITCLAIMS to RANDOLPH OLE. NIELSON and SARENA JO NIELSON, husband
and wife, Grantees, as tenants by the entireties, whose address is P.O. Box 71, Kemmerer, Wyoming,
83101-0071, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue ofthe homestead exemption laws ofthe
