MORTGAGE
Whitney D. Fitzen, a single man, mortgagor, of P.o. Box 283,
Franklin, ID 83237, to secure the payment of Sixty-Four Thousand
Dollars ($64,000.00) due with interest, payable as evidenced
by a Promissory Note of even date herewith, do hereby mortgage
to Cecilia Haidsiak, mortgagee, the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County, wyoming, to-wit:
Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11 of Spring Canyon ~anches Subdivision,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
The mortgagor agrees to pay ,the indebtedness hereby secured,
and to pay all taxes and assessments on said premises during
the life of the mortgage, in favor of and payable to said
mortgagee and in case the mortgagor fails to pay such, the
mortgagee' shall pay said taxes and assessments, and all sums
paid shall be added to and become part of the same rate.
In case default shall be made in the payment of the above sum
hereby secured, or payment of the interest thereon, when the
same shall become due and payable then the whole indebtedness
wi th interest shall become due and payable, and the default
shall be remedied per the provisions of the promissory note.
Hereby relinquishing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead laws of said state.
