and Winifred P. Merritt, Trustees of The GEORGE AND WINIFRED MERRITT
FAMILY TRUST, dated the 21sT day of October, 1998, GRANTEES, of 1059 North
300 East, Centerville, Utah 84014, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
