Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Carol Smuin,
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the
sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the
receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has
remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents
does for her heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and
forever quitclaim unto Michael J. Smuin, a single man, whose
address is PO Box 664, Kemmerer, WY 83101, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as she may have
or ought to have, in and to the following described premises, in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Approximately the northerly ninety-eight (98) feet of Lot
Six (6) Block Forty (40) First Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, and the westerly fifteen (15) feet of Lot Five
(5) Block Forty (40) First Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, from the North Boundary Line to a point
ninety-eight (98) feet south of the North Boundary Line,
parallel to the Westerly Boundary Line of said Lot 5
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my signature this
