other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Joseph W. Bressler, a single person, ("Grantee"),
the following described real property and premises, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
