LIEN ON PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
The undersigned, jointly and severally promise to pay to the order of Lee R. Hyde and Naunie H. Hyde, the sum of
Twenty thousand dollars and zero cents, along with interest at the rate of8.75% annually, lawful money of the United
States, payable as follows:
April 4, 2007
Payable in 120 monthly payments of$250.66 per month starting June 10,2007 and on the lOth day of each consecutive
month, of which payments will be applied to interest first and then to principal balance.
The makers of the note, may at any time, and without the payment of any premium, fee, or penalty, prepay in part, or
may pay the balance in full.
It is expressly understood and agreed that default or failure to make any payment within thirty (30) days after the same
shall become due as provided for herein, shall at the option ofthe holder hereof, and without notice, operate to make
the full unpaid balance ofthis note immediately due and payable.
It is understood by the payees that at any time, at the discretion ofthe holders of this note, this note may be registered
with the county as a lien or second mortgage against the property held in the payees' name at 5344 County Road 140,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, that property sold to them by the holders of this note. If this property is sold before this
note is paid in full, any remaining balance of this debt must be included as a liability against the property, and paid in
full, at the time of closing of that sale.

(j We, whether makers, endorsers or guarantors ofthis note or the obligations, represented hereby, are to be regarded as
principles insofar as our liability to payee is concerned, and each of us hereby severally waive presentment, demand,
notice, protest or notice of protest, and all other demands and notices in connection with the delivery, acceptance,
performance, default, or enforcement of this note, and assent to any extension or postponement of the time of payment
or any other indulgence, to any substitution, exchange or release of collateral and to the addition or release or either of
them, or any other party or person primarily or secondarily liable.
The undersigned will pay on demand all costs of collection and attorney's fees incurred or paid by the holder in
enforcing this note on default, whether with or without suit.
All rights and powers of the holder hereunder shall inure to his successors, assigns and heirs and all agreement herein
shall bind the successors, assigns, heirs and personal representative of the undersigned.
