Box 82, l44l Toms Canyon Road, Auburn, WY 83111 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit: Lot 2 of Martha's Canyon Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on May 4, 2005 as instrument No. 908152 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. TOGETHER WITH the right of ingress, egress and utilities over and across Wendy Lane as shown on the plat of said Martha's Canyon Estates. NOTE: This serves to correct that certain Warranty Deed recorded February 21, 2007 in Book 649PR on page 317 and recorded March 6, 2007 in Book 650PR on page 341 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk to add the rights of ingress, egress and utilities described herein. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
