Barber, a single man, Grantor, whose address is PO Box 1496, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10) in hand paid and other valuable consideration, convey and warrant to Matt Barber, Trustee, or his successors in trust, under the Spanky Living Trust dated January 29, 2007, for the benefit of Matt Barber and his heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 1496, Thayne, Wyoming, the following described real estate: That property described on the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 573, Page 15-16 as Document No. 904674 in the Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk's Office, a copy of which is attached hereto. Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state. This Corrected Warranty Deed corrects the legal description contained in the Warranty Deed filed in the Land Records of the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming on February 14, 2007 in Book 648, Page 710 as Receiving No. 926791.
