TURNER AND MARILYN K. TURNER FILED DECEMBER 20, 2000 AS INSTRUMENT NO, 870367 OF THE RECORDS OF TE LICOLN OCUNTY CLERK. The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 405 Main Street, Grover, WY 83122. is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said lender does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said grantor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
