KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Celtic Bank Corporation, a corporation of the
United States of America, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of April 14, 2006
made and executed by BENJAMIN TURNER and LISA ANN TURNER, husband and wife as
joint tenants (Grantor), to Celtic Bank Corporation, as lender, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $162,780.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on Apri124, 2006 in the Book 617 on page 704-708 mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to wit:
LOT IA BLOCK 5 OF THE GROVER TOWNSITE, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON MAP OF
LOT DIVISION FOR BRUCE H. TURNER AND MARILYN K. TURNER FILED DECEMBER 20, 2000 AS
INSTRUMENT NO, 870367 OF THE RECORDS OF TE LICOLN OCUNTY CLERK.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 405 Main Street, Grover, WY 83122.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said lender does hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said grantor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHREOF, the Celtic Bank has caused these Presents to be signed
by its Chief Lending Officer, this 23rd day of April, 2007.
