KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Celtic Bank Corporation, a corporation of the
United States of America, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of June 13, 2006
made and executed by John H. Harris and Michelle H. Harris, husband and wife as joint tenants
(Grantor), to Celtic Bank Corporation, as lender, conveying certain real estat~ therein mentioned
as security for the payment of $$1510120.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on June 20, 2006 in the Book 623 on page 842-847 mortgaging the following described
real estate in said County, to wit:

The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 245 North Twin Creek Road, Kemmerer. WY 83101.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereofthe said lender does hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said grantor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
