WARRANTY DEED
BRAD W. WILLFORD, a single man, whose mailing address is 1323 9th West Avenue,
Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, GRANTOR, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS TO: BRAD W. WILLFORD REVOCABLE
TRUST, a Trust Agreement entered into on March 7, 2007, GRANTEE, the following
described real property situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-
wit:
The north half (Unit B) of Lot 2 of Block 10 of the Lincoln
Heights 4th Subdivision to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as said lot and block are laid down and
described on the official plat of said subdivision (Plat 216) on
file and of record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds in and for said County and State,
Together with all improvements thereon and all rights,
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining,
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way,
reservations, restrictions and existing or future oil and gas
and/or other mineral leases now of record or otherwise
affecting said lands.
