WARRANTY DEED
PATRICIA A. MERTENS, a single perso~ whose address is 898 County Road 2215,
Durango, Colorado, 81303, GRANTOR, for and in consideration ofTEN AND NO/lOO
DOLLARS ($10.00) which is included in the total sales price, and other good and valuable
considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to DAVID H. THOMAN, GRANTEE, whose address is 991 Bondurant Road,
LaBarge Wyoming 83123, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln county aild
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemptions laws of the State, to-wit:
A parcel of land in Section 6, T 26 N, R 112 W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County
Wyoming and being part of Lincoln County Lot 19 as shown on the Lincoln County
Metes and Bounds Plat No.2, and being the westerly 213 feet of the Wilbur L. Barry and
Gloria B. Barry parcel as recorded in Book 92PR on page 57 (said parcel recorded in
Book 92 PR on page 57 encompasses Lots 1 through 5 and 28 through 32 of Block 5; and
Lots 1 through 5 and 28 through 32 of Block 4 of the Second Addition to the Town of
LaBarge, formerly Tulsa) on file in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office in Kemmerer,
Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest comer of Lincoln County Lot .19, said point also
being a point on the centerline of East Fourth Avenue of the Town of LaBarge, Wyoming
and a point on the East right -of-way boundary of U.S. highway 189, where is found a
railroad spike with a center punch mark; thence S Odegrees 13' 04" W, along the East
boundary line of U.S. Highway 189, said line also being the Westerly boundary line of
Lincoln Count y Lot 19, a distance of 184.92 feet to the Northwest comer of the Alleman
Third Addition to the Town of LaBarge, Wyoming, where is found a 3" diameter
aluminum cap on a 2 ~ aluminum pipe stamped CCI PE&LS 574 NW comer Alleman 3;
thence S 89degrees 45' 17" E, along the North boundary line of the said Wilbur L. Barry
and Gloria B. Barry parcel recorded in Book 92PR on Page 57, a distance of 213.00 feet
to a point where is found a rebar with an aluminum cap stamped PE&LS 574; thence N
89 degrees 47' 29" W, along said North boundary line of Lincoln county Lot 19 and the
center line of East Fourth Avenue, a distance of213.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Also including all the buildings thereon and all appurtenances appertaining
hereto.
