organized and existing under THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
the Mortagee named in that certain mortgage hereof its right, title and interest in and to
said mortgage, which was given to said mortgagee PAULETTE SUE ROBERTS, and
appears recorded on APRIL 27, 2007in Book ([(5. ( of mortgages, beginning on
Page q'tr in the office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and
which covers property described as follows:

Together with the note or notes secured thereby, to the Wyoming Community
Development Authority, its successors and assigns subject however, to all of the

thence at a right angle in a Southerly direction, parallel to the Easterly
boundary line of said Lot 6, a distance of 50 feet to the Southerly
boundary line of said Lot 6;
thence in a Westerly direction at a right angle and along the Southerly
