Lorin A. Johnson, Trustee of the Johnson Family Trust dated December 4, 1995, Grantor,

Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaims, without any covenants of warranty

Bradford Scott Johnson, Aleta Davis, Susan Price and Bart L. Johnson, as Trustees ofthe Atha L.
Johnson Family Trust as established in the Johnson Family Trust dated December 4, 1995, Grantee,
whose address is 2841 State Hwy241, Afton, Wyoming 83110, a one-half (l/2) tenancy in common
interest in and to Grantor's right, title and interest, if any, in and to the following described real estate
situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:

Quarter (NW/4SW/4) of Section 36, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County, in Book 157 of Photostatic Records on page 447, and conveyed to
George Gary Reimer and Nicole B. Reimer by Deed dated October, 1995, and
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, and more particularly
