Johnson, as Trustee of the Johnson Marital Trust as established in the Johnson Family Trust dated December 4, 1995, Grantee, whose address is 2871 State Hwy 241, Afton, Wyoming 83110, a one- half (1/2) tenancy in common interest and quitclaims, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantor, or Grantor's successors and assigns, to Bruce Charles Johnson, Bradford Scott Johnson, Aleta Davis, Susan Price and Bart L. Johnson, as Trustees of the Atha L. Johnson Family Trust as established in the Johnson Family Trust dated December 4, 1995, Grantee, whose address is 2841 State Hwy241, Afton, Wyoming 83110, a one-half (1/2) tenancy in common interest in and to Grantor's right, title and interest, if any, in and to the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE/4NW/4), of Section 1, Township 30 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., Wyoming, more particularly described as beginning at the Northwest Comer thereof, thence running East 400 feet, thence South 920 feet, thence West 400 feet, and thence North 920 feet to a point of beginning. Being part of the same property conveyed to Lorin A. Johnson and Atha L. Johnson by Orson A. Johnson and Cora L. Johnson by Warranty Deed dated the 20th dayofJuly, 1967, and recorded in Book 79PR, at Page 403, Lincoln County Clerk's Office on August 17, 1967 at 9:00 a.m., and more particularly described as follows: TRACT A: Commencing at a point on the South right of way County Road, S 72°20'W, 910 feet from theN/4 Comer, Section 1, Township 30 North, Range 119 West; and running thence S 1100' E, 340 feet; thence S 12020' W, 395 feet; thence S 90°0' E, 412 feet; thence N 0°0' E, 920 feet; thence N 90°0' E, 225 feet; thence S 0°0' E, 310 feet; thence N 63 ° 0' E, 240 feet to the point of beginning. Also the following described real property in the County and State aforesaid; to-wit: TRACT B: Commencing at a point on the North right of way County Road N9000' W, 500 feet from theN/4 Comer, Section 1, Township 30 North, Range 119 West; and running thence S 63 °0' W, 545 feet; thence N 0°0' E, 250 feet; thence N 9000' E, 480 feet to the point of beginning. Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements, encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights-of-way of record or otherwise.
