DEFAULT JUDGMENT
THIS MATIER having come before the Court by way of the Plaintiffs' Affidavit
of their attorney and Motion for Default Judgment, the Court having reviewed the file in
good cause appearing;
NOW FINDS:
1. That the Plaintiffs filed the Complaint in this Court on the 25th day of
January, 2006.
2. That the Complaint was served upon the Defendant on the 2nd day of
February, 2007, by the Lincoln County Sheriffs Office.
3. That the time is past for the Defendant to answer or respond to the
Complaint filed by the Plaintiffs.
4. That the Clerk of the District Court for the Third Judicial District in and
for the State of Wyoming has entered default against the Defendant in favor of the
Plaintiffs.
5. That the Plaintiffs' Complaint makes a claim for a "sum certain amount,"
being seven thousand eight hundred sixty two dollars and forty nine cents ($7,862.49).
6. That the Plaintiffs have incurred costs for the filing of the Complaint and
service of the Complaint upon the Defendant in a total amount of eighty dollars
($80.00).
7. That based upon the filings of the Plaintiffs and the record, the Plaintiffs
are now entitled to a default judgment for a sum certain amount and their costs incurred
in this matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED:
1. That a judgment is entered against the Defendant in favor of the Plaintiffs
for the amount of seven thousand eight hundred sixty two dollars and forty nine cents
($7,862-49).
2. That judgment is entered against the Defendant in favor of the Plaintiffs
for the costs incurred of filing the action and having the Complaint served in the amount
of eighty dollars ($80.00).

3. That the total amount of the judgment entered against the Defendant in
favor of the Plaintiffs is seven thousand nine hundred forty two dollars and forty nine
cents ($7,942.49).
4. That the total amount of judgment entered against the Defendant in
favor of the Plaintiffs shall accrue interest at the statutory rate of ten percent (10%) until
paid in full or otherwise satisfied by the Defendant.
