Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good and
Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
DeMont B. Grandy and Pamela B. Grandy
Husband and Wife
As tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is PO Box 295, Cokeville, WY 83114, the following
described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
to-wit:

Township 24 North, Range 119 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Wyoming:
Part of Tract 82 described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of the Heuett Addition to the Town of Cokeville,
Wyoming as the same is platted and of record in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming and running in a northwesterly direction along the East side of the Union
Pacific Railroad right of way a distance of 100 feet, thence East 736 feet to a point
approximately 10 feet East of Spring Creek, thence running Southwesterly a distance
100 feet along the East bank of Spring Creek, thence running West a distance 658 feet
to the point of beginning
