Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good
and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Jerry Lainhart and LaDawna Lainhart
Husband and Wife
As tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is 470 Roberts Avenue, Thayne, WY 83127,
the following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:
A portion of the property referred to in Instrument No. 747059 filed in Book 309PR, on
page 186, within the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 14, T34N, R119W, of the 6th P.M., the
Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, the boundary and area being more
particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at a P.K. Nail set marking the Southwest Corner of said property, at a point
in the South line of said SW1 14SW1 14, said point being 275.09 feet S89°10'42"E from
the Spike found marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1974 location for the Southwest
Corner of said Section 14 (S15-S14/S22-S23); thence N2°30'29"W, along the West line
of said property, 142.96 feet to the Iron Pipe marking the Northwest Corner of said
property; thence S89°35'33"E, along the North line of said property, 210.75 feet to an
Iron Pipe set; thence SooOO'56"W 144.25 feet to a P.K. Nail set at a point in said South
line; thence N89°10'42"W, along said South line, 204.47 feet, to the point of beginning,
containing 29,791.05 sq. feet, or 0.684 acres of land

described Parcel, being the North portion of Roberts Avenue.
