on Page 883, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the Southwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter (SW V4 SW V4) of Section 8, T34N, R118W, of the 6th P.M" Lincoln County,
Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast comer of the Flud property, as referred to in the deed recorded in Book
554 P.R., on Page 865, said Point of Beginning being 248.95 feet South 89°39'34" East, along the
North line of the Northwest Quarter (NW V4) of Section 17, of said Township 34 North, Range 118
West, from the Lloyd B. Baker PEILS 698, 1971 location for the Northwest Comer of said NW V4;
thence North 00°41'14" East, along the East line of said Flud property, 417.40 feet, to the Northeast
comer thereof;
thence South 89°39'34" East, parallel with said North line, to and along the South line of the Heiner
