COMES NOW, the Kyle L. Erickson and Wendy D. Erickson Revocable Trust, dated 21
December 1994, acting through its Trustees, Kyle L. Erickson and Wendy D. Erickson,
whose address is 1441 Toms Canyon Road, Auburn, Wyoming 83111, being duly sworn
on oath according to law, do hereby make the following statements of facts and affirms:
1. That the Trust is an owner of a portion of the land described under the Certificate of
Surveyor on the plat titled, "MARTHA'S CANYON ESTATES, SECOND FILING
A FAMILY EXEMPT SUBDIVISION WITIllN THE NWl/4NEl/4 SWl/4NWl/4
SECTION 34 T33N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 11 January
2007, as revised.
2. That the undersigned has reviewed said plat.
3. That the undersigned has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of
Owner thereon and the implications thereof
4. That this affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original
mylar of said plat had been signed.
