COUNTY OF LINCOLN
THOMAS HANKIN, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes
and states as follows:
1. On the 12th day of December, 2006, ROSE MARY HANKIN died,
as is evidenced by the official certificate of death attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
2. At the time of her death ROSE MARY HANKIN jointly owned
certain real property with me, said real property being located in
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly
described as follows:
The West 1/3 of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 31, of the First
Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 1, thence Northerly of
Cedar Avenue 140 feet; thence Easterly at right angles to
Cedar Avenue 46 2/3 feet; thence Southerly on a line 46
2/3 feet distant from and parallel to said Cedar Avenue
in Block 31 140 feet; thence Westerly on Agate Street 46
2/3 feet to the place of beginning, being a rectangular
tract of land containing 6533 1/3 square feet, more or
less.
3. Said real property was originally conveyed to ROSE MARY
HANKIN and THOMAS HANKIN, as j oint tenants with a right of
survivorship, by Warranty Deed dated May 20, 2004, and recorded in

the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of
Deeds on May 20, 2004, in Book 556 at Page 140.
4. By reason of ROSE MARY HANKIN's death, I am entitled to
sole ownership of the above-mentioned real property.
