PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Continental Bank, Does hereby certify that a certain
mortgage, dated JULY 11, 2006, made and executed by DBH, LLC, as Mortgagors, in favor of .
CONTINENTAL BANK, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the
payment of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on AUGUST 10, 2006, in Book 629 at Page 781, is, and the aforementioned debt, partially
paid, satisfied, released and discharged and in consideration thereof, the said mortgagee does hereby release
and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the following described real estate and premises thereby conveyed
and mortgaged:
