KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 8th day of August ,20 04 ,made and executed by _
Patricia J. Moon AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada
Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the
payment of $ 11,250.00 Dollars therein stated, which mortgage was recorded on the---14th
day of October ,2004, in Book 570PR Page 098 Number 903778 of the Official
Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and mortgaging the following described real estate
in said County, to-wit:

with the Note secured thereby on the aforementioned date, are fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged. That in consideration thereof, the said MORTGAGEE does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said MORTGAGORS, their successors and assigns, the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
