POWER OF ATfORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
Jacqueline M. Holt, haslhave made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do/does make, constitute and
appoint Rodger B. Holt, true and lawful attorney for me/us and in my/our name(s), place and stead, to sell, convey
and mortgage realty and to execute, acknowledge and deliver deeds of real property, notes, mortgages, releases,
satisfactions and other instruments relating to realty which he/she considers necessary; to do business with banks,
and particularly to endorse all checks and drafts made payable to my/our order and collect the proceeds, to make
such payments and expenditures as may be necessary in connection with any of the foregoing matters; and IIwe
hereby give my/our attorney full power to do everything whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in said
transaction, of the following described property:

Lots 9A and 9B of Block 5 of the Lincoln Heights 5th Addition, Third Filing, to the City of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
Giving and granting unto my/our said attorney, full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and
thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to al1 intents and pwposes, as
I/we might or could do if personally present with full power of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my/our said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
