other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
William J. McNamara, Jr. and Pat McNamara
husband and wif~ as tenants by the entireties
grantees, whose mailing ~ address is 10305 Santa Anna Road,
Atascadero, CA 93422, the following described real estate situate
in. Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State to-wit:
The Middle 1/3 of the Lots Numbered Four (4), Five
(5) and Six (6) of the Block Numbered Two (2) in the
Original Town of Kemmerer, as platted and recorded
in the official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
together with all improvements, buildings and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations,
easements and rightS-of_way of record, of sight or
in use. '
