QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that GEORGE K. MERRITT
and WINIFRED P. MERRITT, husband and wife, ofCenterville, Utah, GRANTORS,
for and in consideration ofTen ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations in
hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to
THE VON K. MERRITT AND SAUNDRA J. MERRITT TRUST, Dated July 21't,
2006, ofP 0 Box 93, Grover, WY 83122, GRANTEE, the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" as attached and made a part hereof.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights·of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
