Call. The map of said subdivision having been filed as document #445669 on the 3rd day of May 1972 with the map designation of#172 in the office of the Lincoln County, Wyoming, County Clerk, said easement being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in said Lot 16 near a water well being, the most southerly comer of said easement, said corner being 490.16 feet S86°29'25"W from a BLM type monument marking the southwest corner of Section I, T33N, R119W, 6th Principal Meridian, located in said Lincoln County, 'Wyoming; thence running N44°51 '07"W 16 feet; thence N45°08'53"E 316.44 feet; thence N45°57'29"W 253.87 feet, more or less, to the southwesterly line of said Lot 17; thence N41 °02'59"E, along last said line, 16.02 feet; thence S45°57'29"E 272.86 feet; thence S44°02'31"W 16 feet; thence N45°02'29"W 2.15 feet; thence S45°08'53"W 316.75 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
