mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of$34,900.00 as therein stated,
which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of LINCOLN County,
State of Wyoming, in the V olumelBook 603 Page 143 Document mortgaging the following described real estate in said
County, to-wit:
LOT 2, GREYS RIVER VILLAGE ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF ALPINE, WITHIN THE NW 1/4 SW 1/4 OF
SECTION 28 AND NE 1/4 SE1/4 OF SECTION 29, T37N, R118W, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT FILED IN THE
OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged; and in
consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby
conveyed and mortgaged.
