WARRANTY DEED
Duane B. Dickson and Carol A. Dickson husband and wife as tenants by
the entireties, Grantor, whose address PO Box 1388, Thayne, Wyoming 83127 for
and in consideration of ten dollars ($10) and other valuable consideration in hand
paid, conveys and warrants to DUANE DICKSON and CAROL DICKSON,
Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the DICKSON FAMILY LIVING
TRUST, dated May 8, 2007 , for the benefit of DUANE DICKSON and CAROL
DICKSON and their heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 1388, Thayne,
Wyoming the following described real estate:
The property described in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book
494, Page 170 as Document number 882486 all with the Lincoln
County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated by this reference.

Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantor
hereby covenants with the said Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of said
premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantor warrants the title
thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions,
reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.

Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the state.
