RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Robert Blair Allen, and Carolyne Jo
Allen, Trustees of the R. Blair & Carolyne Allen Family Trust dated September 3, 1997, of Grover,
County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, as mortgagees, do hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing the date of September 19, 2002, made and executed by Michael Traut, a single man, as
mortgagor, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$32,600.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 20th day of September,
2002, in Book 499 P.R., at Page 732, Recording Number 884230, and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
All lands described in said mortgage.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagor, Michael Traut, the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
