receipt and sUfficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby sell,
assign, transfer and set over unto the following, Assignees in the pro-
portjons so indicated, two thirds (2/3rds) of ,B~artooth's right, title
and interest in and to the Oil and Gas Leases described on Exhibit "A"
attached to ilnd made a part of this assignment, :.covering acreage located
in Lincoln County, Wyoming , together with the rights
incident thereto and the petsonal property ther~on, appurtenant thereto,
or used in connection therewith.
