Said point being on the northerly boundary line of the 30 foot wide utility easement located in the southerly end of said Lot 14; Thence continuing N 0°09' 50" W, along the easterly boundary of said Lot 14, a distance of 49.01 feet, to a point; Thence N 88°52' 11" W, along a line parallel to and 49.00 feet northerly said northerly boundary of said utility easement, a distance of 188.61 feet, to a point on the westerly boundary of said Lot 14; Thence S 2°30'00" E, along the westerly boundary of said Lot 14,49.10 feet, to a point on said northerly boundary of said utility easement; Thence S 88°52' 11 " E, along said northerly boundary of said utility easement, 186.60 feet, to the Point of Beginning of this description; Said parcel containing 9193 sq. feet, more or less.
