DEFAULT JUDGMENT
THIS MATTER having come before the Court by way of the Plaintiffs Affidavit
of their attorney and Motion for Default Judgment, the Court having reviewed the file in
good cause appearing;
NOW FINDS:
1. That the Plaintiff filed the Complaint in this Court on the 7th day of
March, 2007.
2. That the Complaint was served upon the Defendant on the 11th day of
March, 2007, by the Lincoln County Sheriffs Office.
3· That the time is past for the Defendant to answer or respond to the
Complaint filed by the Plaintiff.
4· That the Clerk of the District Court for the Third Judicial District in and
for the State of Wyoming has entered default against the Defendant in favor of the
Plaintiff.
5· That the Plaintiffs Complaint makes a claim for a "sum certain amount,"
being being eight thousand four hundred twenty four dollars and fifteen cents
($8,424.15).
. 6. That based upon the filings of the Plaintiff and the record, the Plaintiff
is now entitled to a default judgment for a sum certain amount and their costs incurred
in this matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED:
1. That a judgment is entered against the Defendant in favor of the Plaintiff
for the amount of eight thousand four hundred twenty four dollars and fifteen cents
($8,424.15).
2. That the total amount of the judgment entered against the Defendant in
favor of the Plaintiff is eight thousand four hundred twenty four dollars and fifteen cents
($8,424.15).
3· That the total amount of judgment entered against the Defendant in
favor of the Plaintiff shall accrue interest at the statutory rate of ten percent (10%) until
