AFFIDAVIT
We, I.H. Merritt and Kendra M. Merritt being first duly sworn upon my oath depose
and state as follows:
1, That we are joint trustees named in The Lone Cedar Trust dated November 16,
1994..
3. That on November 18, 1994 in Book 361PR on page 37 of records of Lincoln
County Clerk was recorded a Quit Claim Deed from I.H. Merritt and Kendra
Merritt aka Kendra M. Merritt, to The Lone Cedar Trust, I.H. Merritt and Kendra
M. Merritt, Trustees, conveying the following described land:
See Exhibit "A"
3. The Quit Claim Deed conveying the property to the trust was not properly
defined as required by W.S. 34-2-122 (1977) in that the date of the Trust was not shown.
The date of the Trust is November 16, 1994..
