PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of July 13,
2006, and executed Earl J. Darway, Trustee ofthe Earl J. Darway Family Trust dated January
30,2001, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the
payment of $520,000.00, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 19th day of July 2006, in
Book 626 of Mortgages, at Page 740 as document number 920382 and pertaining to the following
described real 'estate in said County, to-wit:
"Lot 5 of the Sunset Subdivision Second Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming
as described on the official plat filed on May 14,2007 as instrument No. 929350 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereofthe said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this ~ day of
