Grantors, of Lincoln County, and the State of Wyoming, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND
VALUABLE CONSIDERATION (--$10.00--), in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:

Whose address is P.O. Box 95, Opal, Wyoming 83124 the following
described real estate, situated in the Town of Opal, Lincoln County and the
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state, to-wit:
All of Lot 9, Block 10 of the amended plat to the Town of Opal, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, on file in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Legal: Opal OTB 10 L 9 T21 R114 S26
TOGETHER WITH all improvements thereon and all rights, appurtenances
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights of ways, reservations,
restrictions and existing or future oil and gas and/or other mineral leases,
now or record or otherwise affecting said lands.
