Palisades Heights Townhouses recorded October 1, 1993 in Book 336PR and page 534 and Amendment to
Declaration of Condominium for Palisades Heights Townhouses recorded September 23, 1999 in Book 436PR and
page 84 and by the official plat filed on October 8, 1993 as Instrument No. 926986, ofthe records ofthe Lincoln
County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
