QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Eric J. Shumway and Heidi
Shumway, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of 2231 Hwy. 241, Afton ,
Wyoming 83110, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantors for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to Eric J. Shumway and Heidi
Shumway, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, Grantees, whose address is
2231 Hwy. 241, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situated in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Parcel 1:
NW%NE%, NE%NW% and SE%NW% of Section 24, T31 N R119W of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. Containing 120 acres, more or less.
Parcel 2:
That part of the N%NE%NE% of Section 24, T31 N R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 96PR on page 515, described as follows:

Beginning at a spike on the east line of said N%NE%NE%, S 00°10'00" W,
134.78 feet from the northeast corner of said N%NE~NE%;
thence S 89°50'39" W, 1324.07 feet, parallel with the north line of said
N%NE%NE%,
to a point on the west line of said N%NE%NE%;
thence S 00°08'02" W, 527.16 feet along said west line, to the southwest
corner of said N%NE%NE%;
thence S 89°49'55" E, 1071.47 feet, along the south line of said
N%NE%NE%, to a southwest point of parcel No. 1 of that tract of
record in said Office in Book 321 PR on page 667;
thence N 00°10'00" E, 259.00 feet, along a west line of said tract, to the
northwest point thereof;
thence N 89°49'55"E, 252.30 feet, along the north line of said tract, parallel
with the south line of said N%NE%NE%, to the northeast spike of said
tract on the east line of said N%NE%NE%;
thence N 00°10'00" E, 267.87 feet, along said east line, to the spike of
beginning.
ENCOMPASSING an area of 14.51 acres, more or less.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtUè of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
