QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Orlan H. Shumway and Judy Ann
Shumway, husband and wife, of 2251 Hwy. 241, Afton , Wyoming 83110, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, and Eric J. Shumway and Heidi Shumway, husband and wife, of
2231 Hwy 241, Afton, Wyoming 83110, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantors for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to the Orlan
H. & Judy Ann Shumway Family Revocable Trust, dated May 16th, 2007, Orlan H.
Shumway and Judy Ann Shumway, Trustees, Grantees, whose address is 2251 Hwy.
241, Afton, Wyoming 8311 0, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
With respectto W.S. § 34-2-122, as amended, Grantors hereby state, represent and
warrant that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 10th day of
May, 2007, that said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers
upon said Trustees, all powers set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the
Wyoming Statutes.
