AFFIDAVIT OF SURVIVORSHIP
THE STATE OF WYOMING )

COUNTY OF SWEETWATER )
George Scott Nelson, of lawful age, after first being duly sworn upon his oath according
to law, deposes and says:
1. Clifford John Stocks died on March 7, 1981, in Cokeville, Lincoln, Wyoming, as
evidenced by the certified and Official Verification of Death Record which is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by this reference made a part hereof.
2. Affiant, George Scott Nelson, is the attorney for Darrell Hunting and Julie
Hunting, husband and wife.
3. Clifford J. Stocks, deceased, and Sandra Stocks, deceased were married to each
other until the date of death of said decedent.

On the 2nd day of May, 1979, Clifford John Stocks, deceased, and Sandra Stocks,
deceased purchased real property as tenants in its entireties in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more specifically described in the deed which is attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "B" and by this reference made a part hereof.

Sandra K. Stocks, was the surviving spouse of Clifford John Stocks, deceased,
and that title of said real property vested solely in Sandra Stocks on March 7,
1981, the date of death of Clifford John Stocks.
6. On the 13th day of August, 1981, Sandra K. Stocks as surviving spouse transferred
the property to Wheeler Machinery Co., by warranty deed, but did not file an
affidavit of survivorship to perfect her interest. A copy of the deed is attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "C" and by this reference made a part hereof
7. On the 22nd day of December, 2006, Wheeler Machinery Co., a Utah Company
transferred the property to Darrell Hunting and Julie Hunting, husband and wife,
by quitclaim deed. A copy of the deed is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "D" and
by this reference made a part hereof.
8. The death of Clifford J. Stocks tenninated his ownership in the real property
described herein, and it became vested solely in his surviving spouse, Sandra
Stocks. Subsequent transfers of said property were valid, and the real property is
vested solely and entirely to Darrell Hunting and Julie Hunting, husband and wife.
