WARRANTY DEED
Joseph William Weeks, Jr. and Addie Lee Weeks, husband and wife as
tenants by the entirety, Grantors, whose address is PO Box 345, Thayne, WY
83127, for and in consideration of other valuable consideration and ten dollars
($10) in hand paid, convey and warrant to Joseph William Weeks, Jr. and
Addie Lee Weeks, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the THE WEEKS
FAMILY LIVING TRUST, dated May 18, 2007, for the benefit of Joseph
William Weeks, Jr. and Addie Lee Weeks and their heirs, Grantee, whose
address is PO Box 345, Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real estate
located at 227 Hillside Way, Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming and more properly
described as:
Please see the attached Warranty Deed marked as Exhibit A,
attached hereto by this reference and made a part hereof.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors
hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said
premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title
thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions,
reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of this state.
