This cause coming on to be heard upon the application of the Plaintiff for entry of
Judgment and tì'om the records and proceedings filed with this Court:
THE COURT FINDS:
1, That the Defendant has been duly served according to law and rule of Court, with .;~.~

County in the Third Judicial District;

2. That Plaintiff has performed all requisites required by law and Rule of Court;
3, That Defendant has failed to appear or plead or otherwise defend this action, within
the time allotted by the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure and is therefore in default; and
4, That Plaintiff is entitled to judgment as demanded in the Complaint.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court, that the
Defendant is in default and judgment is entered herein in favor of the Plaintiff, BENEFICIAL
WYOMING, INC" and against the Defendant, DAN C. DAVIS, in the principal amount of
$12,207,68 plus interest in the amount of$4753,37 plus costs in the amount of$90.00
representing a filing fee and service of process fee plus attomey fees in the amount of$825,OO
for a total judgment of$17,876,05 plus post-judgment interest at the rate of21 per cent per
annum,
