I QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that JEAN HOOPES, a single person,
grantor of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
have hereby delivered, released and forever quit claimed unto the said WOODROW HOOPES and
BARBARA ANN HOOPES, husband and wife, grantees, assigns forever, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or o~ght to have, in or to all the following
described property, to-wit:
See attached Exhibit A "Description for Jean Hoopes - Woody Hoopes
Tract" made part of this document by reference and incorporation as if
fully set forth herein.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
-i, I laws of the State of Wyoming.

that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 82 of Photostatic Records
on page 120, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said NEY4SWY4;
thence S89°-48'-47"E, 703.55 feet, along the north line of said NEY4SWY4, to a point;
thence SOOO-24' -24"W, 211.89 feet, to a point;
thence S89° -51' -17"E, 618.16 feet, to a spike on the east line of said NEY4SWY4;
thence SOO° -24' -24W, 645.3 9 feet, along said east line, to a spike;
thence N89° -56' -57"W, 923.44 feet, along an existing fence line, to the northeast pipe of Lot 1 of
the Parsons Homesite Subdivision of Record in said Office as Plat No. 273 with Instrument No.
564548;
thence S89°-58'-36"W, 398.49 feet, along the north line of said Lot 1, to the northwest pipe
thereof, on the west line of said NEV,¡SWY..;
thence NOoo-25'-12"E, 860.49 feet, along said west line, to the CORNER OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of23.05 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the east line of the NEY4SWv'¡ of Section 10, T31N R119W,

it is the intent of this description that the called-for monuments, and not the existing fence lines,
control the location of the property lines;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod
with 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with
appropriate details;
each "pipe" marked by a 1" black iron pipe with a yellow plastic cap inscribed "PE/LS 698";
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
