not paid certain invoices and/or expenses incurred with regard to the operation of the
above named wells.
For adequate consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, LaBarge Minerals, Inc. and Tom Brown, Inc. hereby waive, surrender,
and abandon all claim of right to payment of any and all expenses incurred for operation
of the above named wells which have not been paid prior to June 1, 2001, whether or not
such expenses are documented by invoice.
