DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
THIS MATTER came before the Court on an Application for Distribution of Real
Property brought pursuant to W.S. § 2-1-105 by LeRoy Matlock, Alene Goines, and Freda
Jones, the surviving heirs and distributees of the Decedent and requesting distribution of
certain real property. After examining the application and other documents filed with the
Court, the Court finds as follows:
1. The Decedent died intestate on the 8th day of January, 2007, and more than
thirty (30) days have passed since his death.
2. LeRoy Matlock, Alene Goines, and Freda Jones are the brother and sisters of
the Descendent and the only heirs and distributees of the Decedent.
3. The Decedent owned the following interest in real property located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming:
Lots numbered 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Block numbered 1 of the Town of
LaBarge, formerly the Town of Tulsa, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
as the same appear on the plat and map thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming;
Together with the improvements and appurtenances situated thereon or
thereunto appertaining;

But subject to the provisions of United States patents, and subject to all
mineral reservations of record.
4. The Decedent had no other assets subject to probate proceedings pursuant
to Wyoming law.
5. The value of Decedent's entire estate in Wyoming, including the real property
interest described in paragraph 3, does not exceed $150,000.00.
7. There is no application pending for appointment of a personal representative,
nor has a personal representative been appointed, in this or any other jurisdiction.
8. With the exception of the applicants, the Decadent has no other heirs or
distributees having the right to succeed to his property or estate under Wyoming law.
9. The applicants, pursuant to W.S. § 2-1-205, published notice of their
application for two (2) consecutive weeks beginning April 15, 2007, in the Little Chicaao
Review, a newspaper of general circulation in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and an affidavit of
publication is on file with the Court.
10. The facts set forth in this matter are not in dispute, and therefore, the matter
may be heard at this time.
IT IS ORDERED that by this Decree the Decedent's right and title to the following
described real property is distributed to the applicants, LeRoy Matlock, Alene Goines, and
Freda Jones in equal shares as Tenants in Common:
Lots numbered 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Block numbered 1 of the Town of
LaBarge, formerly the Town of Tulsa, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
as the same appear on the plat and map thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming;
Together with the improvements and appurtenances situated thereon or

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a certified copy of this Decree of Distribution may
be filed for record with the Lincoln County Clerk evidencing said distribution.

QUITCLAIM DEED
Freda Jones, a married person dealing her sole and separate property, Grantor, of
Three Forks, Montana, in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged and confessed, hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to LeRoy Matlock,
Grantee, of Grand Junction, Colorado, all right, title, and interest that she may have in and
to the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
Lots numbered 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Block numbered 1 of the Town of
LaBarge, formerly the Town of Tulsa, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
as the same appear on the plat and map thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming;
Together with the improvements and appurtenances situated thereon or
thereunto appertaining;
But subject to the provisions of United States patents, and subject to all
mineral reservations of record.
