certain mortgage, dated SEPTEMBER 23,2003, made arid executed by PAUL F. CALLENS AND TAMARA J.

CALLENS, as Mortgagors, in favor of BANK OF AMERICf\ N.A., as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of lincoln, County, State of Wyoming, on SEPTEMBER 24, 2003, in Book 536 at Page 099,
is, and the aforementioned debt, partially paid, satisfied, released and discharged and in consideration
thereof, the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the following
described real estate and premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged:
