Harrower, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the Harrower Living Trust dated May 2, 1994, grantors, whose address is PO Box 67, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941, for consideration ofTen dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, convey and warrant to James Heath Harrower, a single man, grantee, whose address is PO Box 13, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state, to-wit: T26N Rl15W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming The N l/2N 1/2 of Tract 53, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest comer of said Tract 53, thence S.89°57'44"E., along the north line of Tract 53, a distance of 1317.4 7 feet to the northeast comer of said Tract 5 3, thence S.00000'41 "E., along the east line of said Tract 53, a distance of 1318.95 feet (said distance being one fourth of the total length of the east line of Tract 53), thence N.89°58'18"W., a distance of 1318.22 feet to a point on the west line of said Tract 53, thence N.00001'16''E., along the west line of said Tract 53, a distance of 1319.17 feet (said distance being one fourth of the total length of the west line of Tract 53), to the northwest comer of said Tract 53, the point of beginning. Total area, 40 acres more or less. The basis of bearing for the foregoing description is the record bearing of EAST for the south line of Tract 53, T26N Rl15W as shown on the GLO plat.
